HOST/HOSTESS/GREETER

• Welcome and greet all incoming guests warmly, answer phone calls, and manage reservations.
• Escort guests to their tables, provide them with menus, and help with seating arrangements.
• Manage customer expectations for wait times and keep a waiting list during peak hours.
• Keep the entryway, waiting area, and host stand clean, tidy, and organized.
• Answer general questions about the restaurant and menu, and professionally handle guest complaints.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
