Job Description

• Specialize in preparing dishes that involve grilling, broiling, or using open flames.
• Handle and cook various proteins, including steaks, burgers, chicken, and fish.
• Ensure precise temperature control to achieve desired flavors and textures in grilled items.
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards to ensure kitchen hygiene.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for timely and efficient food preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicating shortages or replenishment needs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations governing food preparation and storage.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations.

Physical Requirements
