BARISTA

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation and serving areas.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and machines efficiently.
• Follows station specific duties and responsibilities.
• Opens and/or closes area following an appropriate checklist, verifies completion with Manager on Duty prior to leaving the area.
• Follows standards and maintains work area and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food and drink-handling practices.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic and safe environment and ensure safe and sanitary food while practicing safe drink-handling practices.
• Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining supplies.

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including coffee bags and supplies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
