BANQUET SERVER

• Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
• Greeting and assisting guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent courses or events.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with post-event clean-up and storage of equipment.

• Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
